I recently made a sarcastic and slightly sexist remark on Twitter to someone who didn’t know me at all – we’d connected through a re-tweet.
It led to him (Ian Barrs @belazir) looking at my blog, leaving a nice comment and starting a conversation. When I mentioned my inauspicious introduction he said
“One click on your name is all it took to see what you’re like — people need to remember that about social networking!”
